Why We’re Here
Mike grew up in Houston, Tx and from a young age his father, a serial entrepreneur, instilled within him the dual purpose of building something bigger than himself and helping others. Mike has carried this with him through life and ultimately to Weatherstone.
Before founding Weatherstone Capital Partners, Mike was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized consumer services and consumer private equity. He later led growth at Block Renovation, a Series B consumer tech startup, leading teams and cross-functional projects across growth, marketing, supply chain, HR and finance. He also founded ParkDay, a direct-to-consumer picnic rental business in New York City, scaling to over $25K annualized revenue and social media partnerships that reached over 500K customers in less than 3 months.
Mike holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin’s Cockrell School of Engineering.
